Okay, not sure how many I will get through today, have been job hunting and is the weekend so I don’t have unlimited time online, and also last night made myself quite tired by walking, and then getting lost and it all ending up five and a half hours worth of walking (yes, I was THAT lost LOL) – anyways, let’s get to it.
Nice easy start to the day – just another search engine sales kinda site. Well, it says the site is under construction so until that happens, here are some ads and a search facility. Good, easy start to the day, not too much to think about.
Hmm, different site, but similar message to one I have already seen? Yeah, see review for site 013 – Brazilian Portuguese text, Albert Einstein quote, something about Linux. Is this where websites go to die or something LOL – next!
053 - http://www.freedumb.com/
Three from three this morning in the mindless website ranks – this one is the Cannot Find Server Page Cannot Be Displayed error message. Interesting domain name though LOL.
Ah, a real site for the first time this morning. Umm, well real in as much as it hasn’t been updated since July 2002, and seems to be about skateboarding. Piccies, reviews, bit of weblogging, but yeah, like I said, is kinda old – as in updates, not in school LOL, not that I would know what old school and new school look like nowadays anyway.
Oh, great, a geocities site that has the pictures and the here I am thing. Had one yesterday, but at least that was quite developed into a conspiracy site LOL. This person seems to like Dragonball Z – you know, the cartoon? Home page is blank – in depth character bios from the series, so that’s not such a loss of interest – piccies, links, contact me – yep the usual. Next!
Ooh, a site about bodybuilding ‘supplements’. This could require further investigation – an extra hour of sunlight per day makes more testosterone in guys – hmm, oh no, as I wander down the screen it is a weblog. The last entry is August last year about Arnie running for Kalifornia Governor. Yep, reading further is all about squats and supplements and health clubs, hmm I wonder if there is a pic of the guy around the site? I have NEVER felt the need to get as muscle bound as the average body builder, so yeah, attention is waning again – next!
Hmm, how the heck did I find myself in a Launch member site? The wonders of randomming I guess. Who are the Molly Hatchet band? Apparently this is their fan site, but apart from a piccie of them and messages, I have to join up as a member to do anything else – hmm has been ages since I last wandered into Launch LOL – good site, but you need broadband for it to work best – the streaming audio and everything ya see. LOL that would be a good title for a song or weblog or whatever – along the lines of What’s the Frequency Kenneth – Who Are The Molly Hatchet Band LOL… next!
Hmm, children’s photography. Umm, yeah, one of those google searches you don’t want to be accused of – but here is a site about Children’s portraiture – let’s have a closer look. Some good pictures here actually – in purely an aesthetic view of course… some really good pictures actually – what state is the 414 calling code in? If anyone in the 414 area code needs their children photographed, this guy seems to be good at it – dunno what his rates are – next!
Strange animation apparently, from first impressions. LOL good sense of humour as well – saying that he is only writing an introduction because the page takes so long to load and it’s nothing really interesting anyway that he is writing. Oh yes, I like the sense of humour – go to the valuable coupon link LOL. First real smiles for the day (well on this task anyways). If only I had some money to get some animation done LOL – next!
A weblog that has moved. Email the guy if you want to know where to – I think not LOL.
Hmm, looks suspiciously like another weblog, but we will give it the benefit of the doubt just now. Oh gods, not even that, an email address, no information and no links – god I don’t like those sites…
First off, is Belgian. Secondly, is in English. Thirdly, looks like a weblog LOL. Oh, not quite a weblog, just something for this guy to test out web things on. Has a resume up so might as well go there… ah, there is the weblog part of it, last updated September 03… well, if four entries a weblog make… LOL the resume is in French but he lives in Waterloo (Abba songs and Napoleonic wars come to mind) – and there’s some pictures… CISV song? Anyone know? Mmm and there are the Easter Island stone heads – at sunset that is an impressive picture – but only linked through a download some software thing, if it were actually the pictures I would maybe divert there, but no. Well, that was more diverting than I thought, lots of interesting links… next!
Hmm, what is Trusted Computing and FAQ. UK site. First impressions are it looks boring, lotsa black text on white background – which is OK for Word docs but not for a website LOL. Last updated August 03… oh, kewl is a conspiracy site by the looks – saying that the software owners have control of our computers LOL. Bring in the Freemasons! Bill Gates wants the Chinese to pay for software LOL, well DUH. Hmm, okies, that took the cake lol and there is a lot of cake to be taken on this site – President Clinton will bomb China in 2010 (yes, he means THAT half of the Dynamic Duo – and no, I’m not being serious with that designation LOL) – or either turn off all the computers in China. Hmm, shakes head lol, I love a nutty conspiracy. Hmm, may have to check out who this Mr Ross Anderson who wrote the piece is – LOL if he isn’t a Guardian columnist I’m not trusting him LOL LOL.
Eh, maybe more trustworthy than I thought, he is a professor of computers at Cambridge University. Professor of Security Engineering no less. Ah, but the Trusted Computing thing is a personal interest, he can still be a conspiracy nut about that LOL. Okies, lots of text and lots of long words, I am bored of it – next!
