Yup yup, what hockey season? LOL and that is looking back rather than looking forward to the strike and WHL hockey being the highlight of 04/05. Onwards and upwards to the Euro 2004 soccer championship, I love fantasy football games LOL, got my team all ready for no doubt a huge whomping, and the huge ass TV for top prize won't be coming my way. Ah well, its the taking part that counts.
I mentioned I had an inkling of a job yesterday didn't I? Have to pass a hearing and sight test and start on Tuesday. So maybe my online time will be curtailed a bit/a lot, we will see. Not much planned for today, was up watching late night TV last night. It is always a fine line between thinking why do they bury good stuff this late at night, or whether it is actually crap but the time of night and tiredness levels make it good. There was The Court, with Sally Field as a Supreme Court justice - hmm, must have been crap, I am reading it only lasted three episodes. Had potential though... LOL.
And then there was Push, Nevada - looked like a TV version of U-Turn lol this tax officer getting lost in the minutae of small but corrupt town life. Had opening credits reminiscent of the Se7en movie LOL, strangely enough. LOL it was those two or the Sopranos (the Steve Buscemi series) on the other channel - Yep, reading about Push NV in the background here, another cancelled series.
Bleah, not much else happening apart from analysing footy and late night TV shows. Might as well head off
Later taters
Paul
