Random Websurfing...

I'm random siting at the moment - care of this site, if you are interested in doing the same LOL - and the first two sites have been a heritage theature in Wheaton, Illinois, opened in 1925 - playing the Spencer Tracy Father of the Bride this weekend. Second one up has been a band website, A Fire Inside - mmm, the democracy of the internet, let's just put our tour dates up here, and where are they playing? They have a gig on one of the MTV shows apparently...

I love just finding interesting sites that I would never think of visiting. Amid all the dross of course LOL.

Third one of the day is another band site, first impressions last and everything, difficult to read against a black background, and also strange graphics. Mention of Montreal, but I am lost to the site already LOL, so many websites, so little time :)

Hmm, a self help site by the looks - and how did they get to have such a snazzy URL? www.about.com, hmm the bidding for that if it were still up for grabs nowadays hmm. Maybe give it a second glance, in the 'our story' section LOL. Ah yes, founded in 1997, prehistory almost LOL. Wow, twenty percent of net users have been here, more women visitors than ivillage.com, more men than espn.com and more teens than mtv.com - now, not having been to those sites either, but a website that I haven't visited that is popular OMG. Well, it does seem to have Tim The Tool Man Taylor vibes all over it, and I have never been much of a handy person LOL.

Hmm, and an ad for dogpile - can I even contemplate another search engine alongside google? But the ad was so nice and pwetty and everything mmmm :) already in the site, but what to do there LOL it looks so ungooglelike :)

The Official Magazine of the Rockford Institute - hmm, waiting for the page to come up and seeing that at the top title bar - bad first impression, bad mojo LOL. Let's see if the page lives down to the title or is a pleasant surprise... umm, no - conspiracy site abounds, and from the right side of the spectrum - New World Order destroying nationalism and religion indeed OMG. Kerry only won the debate cos of the left wing media, omg, time to bail from THIS site LOL. Seeing such WRONG information just attracts you though, like watching an accident or something. Bleah, bail bail Pauly LOL.

I've seen this site before when randomming LOL - guy trying to be Peter Pan hmm, after hours of course, think he has said he has a real job blah blah. Umm, real job with that haircut hmm, no matter what the clothes LOL - sorry mate, but couldn't stop my typing fingers in time :)

There's got to be a goodish site out there SOMEWHERE after two duds LOL...
