The day didn't really improve the rest of the day beyond my previous entry. Got to work, didn't want to be there, felt incompetent, full of self doubt - wasn't a good day all in all. Maybe I should have had more caffeine - no V drink, and the first coffee I had was at 7pm tonight - but was tired as well. As I predicted, was nice to talk to LDU and SGR, but they didn't give the usual bounce to my mood that they usually do.
Oh, and if you were wondering where I was yesterday, went and saw a movie at Chermside (The Machinist - makes the most of a very minimal plot LOL, will do the usual review thing later in the week) and Electronic Boutique was having a sale. So when I got home mid-afternoon, from then on I was refighting WW2 LOL, until I invaded Czechoslovakia without the Munich Agreement and France and Britain started whipping me LOL. Try again later :)
Hmm, LHO, my Canberra friend, had her computer monitor blow up on her over the weekend - now, how much does a computer monitor cost nowadays? She will be missed until she gets back online - she has my phone number, but she's fairly nervous about taking the friendship beyond the computer screen. Will see and listen to what happens.
LOL, guilty pleasure of Monday night TV was on before - Pizza on SBS. Is so totally non politically correct and is sooooooo funny. Keep wondering why SBS has so few ratings, their English language shows are usually so top notch. But I guess people want to watch Big Brother or Backyard Blitz or Who Wants to Be A Millionaire instead.
As I start viewing BB Uncut LOL.
